AAOP’s mission includes the support of individuals with Autism and their parents & siblings by way of peer partners, social gatherings and inclusion support. AAOP has hosted such gatherings as Parents Night Out, Picnics, Christmas Parties, Pool Parties and Family Bowling Days to name a few. Future plans also include the creation of more specific support groups for these families, as well as extended family and friends in the lives of those effected by the strains of Autism.
